I think I’ve figured out that to have a “good” day, I need to hit my four pillars.

  1. I need to eat (mostly) not junk
  2. I need to move whether that’s training or walking
  3. I need to engage in play, which could be reading, drawing, gaming, etc.
  4. I need to work to have that sense of accomplishment

I’ve shoehorned it into the word “core”:
